This policy explains how Cyberfox IT & Analytics collects and uses information through this website.
Information we collect
When you send a service request, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, residential or business selection, selected service and message you provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Our website host and tracking providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, page visits and referral information.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and discuss requested services

- To understand website use and advertising performance
- To maintain website operation and security
Contact forms and service providers
Our contact form submits to our website's PHP backend. The server validates your request and passes it to the hosting server's mail system for delivery to Brandon.Tanner@cyberfoxita.com. We temporarily count submissions using a hashed network address to limit spam; the submitted message is not stored in those counters. You can contact us directly by email or phone instead of using the form.
Information may be processed by website hosting, email and tracking providers, including outside Canada. These providers have their own privacy practices. We do not sell, trade or rent the personal information you submit. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or with your consent.
Google Ads and cookies
The site's service and promotional pages use the existing Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and process device, browser, IP address and activity information. This information may be associated with other information held by Google; it should not be treated as necessarily anonymous.
You can manage cookies in your browser and review Google's advertising privacy information and ad settings. This privacy page does not load the Google Ads tag.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, request deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for service, business or legal requirements. We will discuss requests according to applicable privacy law.
